WRITER

As a writer, Randy has three film scripts including,

"Goes Around Comes Around" & "Skippy the Antigump",

two televisions series, a comedy game show, a comedy stage play "Love In The Valley...Not Over The Hill" and has penned 7 original songs.

He also wrote for the game show "Street Smarts".

ACTOR

As an actor, Randy has performed extensively in theatre and had a featured role in the film "Cover Story".

ENTREPRENEUR

Randy Lubas opened J.R.'s Comedy Club in Valencia in 1998.

It has been going strong ever since and is one of the favorite venues of many of the top comedians in the country including

Larry Miller, Don McMillan, Emo Phillips, Mark Eddie, Craig Shoemaker, and Carol Leifer.

In 2008 along with a partner he opened Ventura Harbor Comedy Club, which has become the only full time comedy club in Ventura County, CA.

This club has quickly become one of the hottest comedy spots in the country with recent appearances by Ron White, Shawn Wayons, Anjelah Johnson,Larry Miller, and Craig Shoemaker.

In 2010 Randy began producing shows at Headliners Comedy Club located inside Fiamme in Thousand Oaks, CA.

His New Year's Eve shows at LeChene have become favorites for the last six year's at this elegant location.

Randy is also a proud partner of Artists West Entertainment, a talent agency which has become a major force booking comedians on cruise ships and at corporate events across the globe.

He is the early stages of producing the first Ventura Comedy Festival and is the co-producer of West Coast Comedy, a TV show which tapes each month at Ventura Harbor Comedy Club.

Randy also produces the J.R.'s Comedy Club Celebrity Golf Classic with all proceeds benefiting the Santa Clarita Homeless Shelter.

Randy is proud to have raised tens of thousands of dollars for countless charity events through out his career.

Randy is a favorite of BOB & TOM on WFBQ in Indianapolis. He has appeared on their following CD's:

He was a frequent contributor to GABE KAPLAN'S SPORTS NUTS and he co-hosted a show with DICK VERSACE on WMVP Chicago.
